July 11 – The most iconic name in American soccer is back. The Cosmos – dropping the ‘New York’ to reflect their new New Jersey home – are set to return in 2026 under the ownership of North Jersey Pro Soccer, the Paterson-based organisation that’s just pulled off one of the most significant acquisitions in recent soccer history.
June 25 – Japanese publishing house Kodansha that is behind the manga and anime titles, is collaborating with Concacaf for a first-of-its-kind series featuring manga and anime series Blue Lock.
June 25 – Chicago Fire FC have pulled back the curtain on their long-anticipated new home—a $650 million, privately financed football-specific stadium set to rise in the heart of downtown Chicago. Slated to open in 2028, the 22,000-seat venue will become a new landmark for both the club and the city.

June 18 – The US continued where they left off against Mexico with a comfortable 2-0 win over Canada to retain their Nations League title.
