August 5 – Having signed a deal through the European Leagues Association for 18 of its members last week, Genius Sports has now added Italy’s Serie A to its exclusive roster of official betting data and streaming rights.
Serie A is the third of Europe’s Big 5 leagues – alongside England’s Premier League and France’s Ligue 1 – to be become part of the Genius Sports stable.
The deal covers Serie A, Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana and will see Genius capture, distribute and commercialize official data and premium video, delivering to its global network of sportsbook partners.
The three-year agreement runs through to the end of the 2028/29 season. Genius Sports will also have access to Lega Serie A player tracking data, enabling further editorial content for broadcast as well as match reports, news, and analysis.

Serie A content will also be used in Genius Sports’ own interactive live betting platform BetVision.
Launched with the NFL across US sportsbooks, BetVision enables punters to watch live games with stats overlays and customised viewing modes, and place bets within the interactive player.
