Bulgarian Football Union joins Scouty.bg platform to enhance development

June 19 – The Bulgarian Football Union (BFS) has signed a cooperation agreement with the online platform Scouty.bg. The web-based forum enables players to create professional profiles, showcasing their skills, sharing matches, and displaying various performance statistics and achievements.

The site also connects talents with scouts, agents, and club managers, aiming to facilitate their discovery at both national and international levels.

Scouty.bg promotes the development and promotion of young players through a community, training, and promotional opportunities, and the platform represents a digital bridge between young footballers and agents – a tool that helps talents be “visible” and appreciated in football.

The agreement between the BFS and Scouty.bg was completed by executive director of the national association Andrey Petrov, with Nikolay Kovachev and Teodor Prodanov signing on behalf of the web platform.

“With the partnership with Scouty.bg, we are taking an important step towards modernising the way we discover and develop young football talents,” said Petrov

“The platform gives players the opportunity to showcase their skills, be visible to scouts and clubs, and take the first step towards big football. We believe that every talent deserves a chance – and with this partnership we are expanding the opportunities for players.”

“Our mission is to provide an accessible platform where rising football talents can showcase their skills, connect directly with scouts, and develop their football careers,” added Kovachev.

“We are committed to supporting the next generation of football stars, regardless of geographical or socio-economic barriers.”
