Chelsea lands property partnership with UAE’s Damac

May 2 – The real estate industry is becoming increasingly attractive to football clubs, and Premier League Chelsea is keen not to miss the gold rush. The club has signed a new global partnership with Damac Properties, a Dubai-based luxury real estate developer.

As part of the deal, Damac becomes Chelsea’s Official Property Development Partner, including shirt sponsorship rights – though only for the remainder of the current season. The new Damac-branded shirt will debut during the men’s UEFA Conference League semi-final clash against Djurgården and will also feature on the women’s team kits.

Damac aims to boost brand exposure through matchday presence, digital content, and global TV broadcasts as the football season nears its climax. With Chelsea Women having secured the WSL title, and the men favorites to win the Conference League, media attention is at a high.

But the collaboration extends beyond English shores.

Damacis developing the Chelsea Residences in Dubai’s Maritime City, a luxury project that will offer 1,400 residential units fully infused with Chelsea FC branding. The development promises to combine luxury beachfront living with football-themed amenities, targeting international buyers and Chelsea supporters seeking a premium lifestyle in the UAE.

This move reflects Chelsea’s broader ambitions to diversify the brand beyond the pitch and into global markets.
